Graphics Another banner for hosting company :/

Hello, I am in the middle of advertising and I really am need of a banner.

I know I have asked a few requests in a few days :S but i wont ask for a while after this D:

Basically we ask this to determine the graphic's resolution and what it will be eventually used for.
Is the logo to be used solely for the web? (low resolution) - Yes
Will it be made into a poster or printed on shirts? (high resolution) - Noop/
Do you need the final image in various sizes? (various resolutions)- Yes
Sizes I would like:
468 x 60 pixel
728 x 90 pixel
234 x 60
88 x 31
120 x 600

text obiously cant be put on a small banner so something like this for the small banners:

I don't think saying 'bullsh!t' in your ad is a good idea.

Animated would be great, and yea ummm I have no clue but It doest have to be the same ;D

Yer but saying bullsh*t is the truth about some hosting company's, ask some people that lost the whole site to dodgy servers
