    Welcome Kaneel,

    Editing Text:
Open the index.htm and select the text you want to edit and replace it with your own text.
    Editing the links:
Look for some thing like this:
    Code:
    <a href="http://www.freewebsitetemplates.com/">linktext</a>
With href="http://www.freewebsitetemplates.com/" you are telling the browser where you want to go so replace it with your own domain name or page.
linktext is the text you see on the page.

    Editing the style:
Open the style.css file when using Dreamweaver 8 it's very easy to edit the styles just look for CSS panel and you will see options like color font-size and so on.

    next question

thank you for your reply, i'll study on the web pages that you've written.
    I need another advise,
as a beginner, i would like to see good results impatiently, thats why i find it some easy to work on tampletes for the beginning.
What do you think by that way?
Is it good to work on tampletes and by the meantime study on html, or better to not to work with tampletes??

Looking forward your reply, cuz im some curious on it...

    thank you for your interest

    Greetings
    Kaneel

Using the templates is a great way to learn HTML/CSS much faster and easier then without it.

You can look at the code of all the templates and play with it until you know how everything works.

When you're using templates you don't need to know everything about HTML and CSS, you just need to know the basic things.

It's good to start with a beginner lesson like the ones at HTML Dog:
    HTML for beginners
    CSS for beginners
