Hello! I'm Michael. I'm a graphic/web designer from Cebu City, Philippines. Aside from designing websites, I love creating logos and icons. I'm adept at Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign. I'm also a musician, football player and aspiring football coach.:)

I find inspiration in music, traveling, and coffee! I'm a huge fan of Elvis Costello, 311, and Glassjaw! In my free time, I love exploring different places and discovering hole-in-the-wall restaurants with my wife.:coffee:

I am also passionate about teaching football to underprivileged kids. I believe football is a great instrument of transformation and it opens up a lot of opportunities for the kids.(y)

I'm very excited to be part of FWT and I look forward to sharing my knowledge and expertise.;)

@CovertPea inside joke. I asked everyone not to refer to me as Sir, but "Your Highness" instead. It was sarcasm as I find it absurd to use titles to refer to other people.

    Hello @Michael!

Welcome on FWT :) Football is one area I am completely clueless in. But if you enjoy football, you'll probably be very pleased to know that we have a whole lot of requests for football crests—might be fun for you to take a look! :)

@CovertPea @Mimoun I wonder if it's an Asian cultural thing. I've noticed there are quite a few terms/layers of formality involved in Asian languages in general, and in Singapore, we grow up being taught to address people older than us as "Mr. so-and-so" or "Miss so-and-so".

So I can rule out being called Madam Pea?
Aww, Grandpa. I'm quite enjoying being called 'Nanny' by the grandkids. The twins hit the terrible threes next month. Time sure has flown.

Hi and welcome to FWT, @Michael!

I have to agree with @Ruthe – I think for Asians the titles are used more out of respect for our elders than anything else. Even if the elder in question is a complete stranger! But in @Mimoun's case, he is after all the ruler of FWT Land

Hello @Ruthe, I've seen the requests for Football Websites and Logos. I'm happy to work on it. Just one question for the web design requests though, do the requesters need to provide their own photos? :)

@ishkey @CovertPea I think those are more terms of endearment than anything. :X3:

@Michael You mean for the template requests? They don't have to provide their own photos if that's what you're referring to!
