Legacy Football Badge Request

Hi everyone, I have recently formed a Sunday football team after hanging up my boots. We are called Team Carpy FC (A little self absorbant named after me). I read good things on here and would love some one to design us a badge to go on our kits and website etc. If anyone here has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

1) What is the exact name you would like in your logo?

We are called Team Carpy FC
If you could include 'per acuta belli'


2) Description of your website or business:

We are an amateur Sunday League side that will be joining the Devon Fa league in Plymouth


3) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo? (must be copyright free)

4) Requested size of your logo:
Firstly the logo will be embroidered onto our team kits, then once the website is finished it will go on there too.

Our club colors are Black and gold - Black and White


9) Describe the target audience for your logo
The audience will only be my team and those we play against. and eventually everyone who visits our website, including our sponsors


10) What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
The club gives people a chance to play football
The club colours of Black and Gold
The motto of the club is Per Acuta Belli which mean through the asparities of war - we don't give up

11) Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
The logo is only planned to go onto our kits, equipment and wevbsite


13) Finally we need is there a style font you prefer, please let us know.
