Legacy Please help create Girls soccer logo

Is it possible for you to help me out as well? I just took over a girls high school varsity team and they have requested that we use a crest for our team shirts. I am in dier need of some assistance!

I am waiting on feedback from the girls, but I think it looks great. The only thing is that we are more a a yellow than gold; we call ourselve gold, but it's really not! Can you tweek that color for us?

We need the crest to be able to be used on tshirts for screen printing and possible embroidering. Just wondering what I need to do to make that possible. I read the post that said the watermark will be removed after it's downloaded I'm not seeing a download option. Thanks!

ishkey.... Do I have to pay you? Or tip as the button says at the bottom? Just very confused as to what I have to do to get the file without the sample watermark so we can get it on our shirts! Starting to cut into the deadline here.. I'm lost....
I don't want to be rude, or disrespectful.. because I am extremely happy with the work and my girls really want this on their stuff.. but I have attempted to "help around the forum" and "said please and thank you" (I even looked at your personal site, Dave). I am just in the crunch time here and need a little assistance!

Alfonso.. I really enjoyed your design, but my girls liked ishkey's.

What their responses were (soley so you know what 14-17 year old girls thought):
They wanted more black, verses the dark navy blue.
They LOVED the crown, but felt the panther looked "fishy".
Once the colors were modified they liked the one in the middle of the row of three, because of the white lettering. They said it made it stand out.
