Legacy The Start of the end.

1) I want to first thank everyone for taking time to look at this. Any ideas, input, or concepts are greatly appreciated.

1) What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
The name of the company is Infamous Brands Inc. The name doesn’t necessarily have to be in it or be the logo but maybe below a reference to this.
2) What is your website address (ex: http:/site .com/; Site Name)?
The website currently is not up yet, but the domain is GetInfamous.co.uk.

3) Description of your website or business:
The company and website is based around Consulting. We do consulting for Vineyards and Winery. This includes everything from Designing, building, to also producing wine. But this year we will also be coming out with our own line of wine, 3 different kinds. We will feature a Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Traminette, so I will try to incorporate this into out bottles also. This will be part of the colors but I figured id give an insight into it also I am a fan and have tried to structure around being a kind of “Bad Ass” brand. The two vehicles we have are matte black with gloss pieces, and everything kind of revolves around not being the prim and pressed clean cut wine look but a new age of wine drinkers that go to wine events and but at the same time enjoy skydiving, wakeboarding, and other action sports.


4) Search the Internet for any logos/designs on the web that you feel convey the style you are looking for?
My favorite logo has nothing to do with wine is Red Bull I have loved them for as long as I can remember.

5) Requested size of your logo:
The logo will be used for a mix of things in theory, The website, Bottle, Company shirt, Business cards. I can alter the resolution if presented in high for use later.





6) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo? (must be copyright free)
I Don’t have anything except some pictures of vineyards just depicting work being done and such.


7) What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
I will leave this up to the designer I like both forms of just Image and also text and image.

8) What colors do you want to see in your logo?
I like Reds, Blacks, but am open to all colors.

9) What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
Girlie colors such as pink, also off colors that don’t fit the brand such as maroons, purple, and such.

10) Describe the target audience for your logo
The audience is more the adrenaline seeking market, people that have fun and like to go out. I want to semi target a classier market but also want to focus on the younger groups that like to drink wine but also have fun.

11) What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
The three things I hope to communicate are, That this is a wine brand not just a consulting firm, That its not the typical clean cut style, and also a life of excitement. You only get to ride this life once so live it to the most.

12) Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
The logo will be used for a mix of things in theory, The website, Bottle, Company shirt, Business cards.

13) Do you have other info or links you want to share?

14) Finally we need is there a style font you prefer, please let us know.
I want to go with a Classy yet kind of rough around the edge font but I also want to leave this up to the designer to have some freedom to move.

Black Horse Motorsports was Sold off to a guy in Texas and the domain is being sold to a Company in California.
And Three4Seven was purchased by my cousin for a company he is working on.

 

I'm not sure what exactly you're looking for. Do you just want a logo (like in your second post with "Infamous Wine" and "Infamous Consulting") or are you after the entire wine label design as well?

 

Hey sorry for the slow response been a very busy week. Im looking just for a logo, i guess i dont totally like the one i designed so decided to get some other sources. The wine labels is a much more elaborate process involving the state also so that is something we are going to hire for.

 

Is there any ideas for a single letter such as just the "I" and some graphics such as like the two above images or the truck image. Im putting together the business card and want the front to be vertical heavy with the single "I" on it and some graphics. The tought part is making a I look cool.

 

I've been meaning to work on this for a while, but haven't started because of other stuff going on. It should be easier with just the "I" as the main feature, though. I'll try to get something done this weekend.

 

So here is my base line i just did this in a few mins so its very rough but i felt id get it on here see what the idea was and see if it helped spark any creativity since there is room for improvment.

Good start! I would say change up the text - I think the slogan text size is too close to the name text size.

Also, be careful of the images you use - do you have permission to use them? Lastly - why lions? Just to get you thinking - if you want to use an image, then what icon do you think represents your business or yourself most?

 

The images are royalty free images that have been redone to make the more original and my own.

As for the lions, it followed the same idea as the crown, to promote a higher brand more regal and luxurious. It is just a concept i love the feedback tho as it aids and eliminating clutter. Such as 2nd picture the wording is to close and on the 1st im unsure if it needs the infamous brands section.

I think overall, it's a bit too much - like my eyes aren't sure what to look at first. For the first idea, I also think that the slogan and the name should have more of a contrast in terms of the font size?

If you want, then post the file, and I'll try to play around with it and see what I can do - when I've got time (just started my internship this week)!

Yea im not sure if its what i want, more it is a option to kind of gett inspiration rolling i like competition so to have alot of choices is always better.

So if the first is to much, do you think the 3rd is just right or is maybe 2nd a happy medium or would you go in a different direction. I cant wait to see other peoples takes on it.

As far as the original file i have it flattened so i could post that but it might be the same as just puling it in jpeg from here to create.

 

If you really want the be, live, and get infamous part, then leave it in there - I'm sure it'll work

How's something like this? I'm not loving the crown placement at the moment, but I'll keep thinking of ideas Anyway, this is what I mean by changing up the sizes of everything - just a quick change to what you have!

 

I like it with and without the slogan. Mostly because i can use if for cards, caps, corks and such and not have to worry about dot spacing and causing issues for our printing people.

I like it, what are you thinkign for the crown placement?

I just did this, very dumb had a few to drink but it gave me something to do vs doing something stupid.
