Closed Need a unique design

I am in need of a very special design template. I am creating a game called Nomen Nescio. It is about a patriotic shadowy figure named Nomen Nescio. He is one of the good guys fighting against government tyranny. This game will follow a similar script (but not identical) to the movie V for Vendetta.

I had planned to use the image below for the website but if it can be improved I would like that.

I would like to use php-nuke but that is not nessecary. I just need the ability to add pages and downloads along with the ability to add wiki at some point. I will be posting news and hosting a forum. I will also need a place for groups around the country to post news on their local pages.

I would prefer a 3D website that has grey or black base background with red white and blue american patriotism all over it. I loved the gothy gamer template design on this site if that gives you any ideas.

This game will be released for free via download and at cost only for a cd. This is an open source PC game for Windows, Linux, and OS-2. Other operating Systems will be added in the future. This is a first person shooter game and will have online tournament play. The final release should come out in July of 2007.

best way to do that is to search freewebtemplates.com for few hours, download some good ones, get Dreamweaver 8 ( or at least MX 2004 ) and start editing... the point of FWT that more than 1 man will use the template... if you make a really good search you should find what you need

 

Well I guess no one is willing to help me. Maybe if I offer a slight incentive. I will not pay in Federal Reserve Notes but I will pay in so much .999 Silver bars to any one that can make this template happen for me.
