Services List of best free web hosting sites

I'm just 'playing' with my Recipes idea. I don't expect any serious traffic; just for my own use and probably my daughter. I do plan on having lots of content. Eventually I have an idea to expand this web site (I have tons of free time) to include my quilting hobby, gardening, and socializing with my friends ( sharing pictures, etc.).

Can we start a list of best free web hosts? Please include any known limitations (i.e. Pros and Cons).

Support will either come from the provider or a forum. Usually free accounts have support in the form of a forum, which takes time for a reply (price you pay for free).
For a free account, check to see the support they have and if a forum, check to see the time to get a response. Also check to see the quality of the response.
