Graphics Fonts for Images?

It would be SOOO helpful if you could include a file in the folder indicating which fonts were used for the images. If we have to re-build some of the images, and want to stay consistent with the others, this is currently hard.

    Anyone else agree?

May I ask what exactly you are asking for?

RedSkyAtNight, I absolutely agree with you, in fact the only reason I've joined this forum now is in the hope that I can find out what font was used in the dogs template here template

It's a pain, because obviously folk are going to want to make a logo and put the website name in that they have the domain for, and I have no idea what font this is. I have been through the Photoshop fonts I have and can't spot it. It looks familiar though. Anyone have any ideas?

Couldn't you just ask the designer? You can download fonts from DaFont and install them on your own PC to use through applications which is what the designers will do if they don't already have it.

If they don't have the exact font on there, you will probably find something similar.

Everything depends on how heavy or thin design is the design. You can choose between a heavy medium font sans terminations or terminations, the choice is yours. u have to try to find the result to your satisfaction.

Regarding fonts used in the templates:
Opening a template's accompanying psd file in photoshop will show the names of the fonts used.
As with the below image and circled in red, the heading "dog's palace" is highlighted in the layers area. The yellow triangle displayed beside the text denotes the original font is missing. Check the text window and you will see the name of the original font (and px size) that was used.
    In this case it's "ZapHumanist601" - Bold.

Covertpea thank you very much for that explanation, I haven't tried it yet but I'm sure it will be exactly what I need. I did do it the "hard way" in the end just because I needed to do it quicker, after searching many font data bases, I actually found a website that let me search for a font by getting me to describe its characteristics and they give you a taylored list of probabilities, the exact right font was found by doing this using this website Identifont - Identify fonts by appearance, find fonts by name However, in future I will use your method, much quicker easier when you know how!!
