Legacy Please help...need updated logo

Hello All!
I run a paranormal team in Tyler Texas, also known as the rose capital. I made a logo/ emblem for our team a year ago...however it's starting to annoy me. I would like to ask for a gracious person to please help. I'd like something gritty with roses, maybe tattooish but not horrific. There you can see my attempt at the logo. I would like to be able to post to website and be able to utilize it for shirts and equipment bags and such. The logo chosen will get full credit and linked back to artists website or contact information if they so choose. Thank you all in advance.

the style you are looking for? Not really. I do have some copyrighted images that I have direction to go in. See attachments. I definitely want roses and skull but the wings are something that I'm entertaining.

Doing for website and shirts. High resolution will be fine.

-Professionalism with egde
-Paranormal Investigators
-Spirtual but Scientific---its ok if this doesnt get conveyed.

14) Finally we need is there a style font you prefer, please let us know.
Nothing to horrific. Nothing like blood dripping or unreadable.
