That one could work aswel I like the style of the 'E' only problem I see with it is that you've put the circles behind it but on the sides of the circles it's all plain..

Maybe you could thin the circle a bit like in width or you can have a blue circle with a silver-ish outline to it so then it matches the 'E'

    lol MAN ;)

I was kind of talking about something like this..I did change it a little, i'm just like that i'll start on a design and then a random idea will come to mind and i'll change it around and end up with something completely different :p

    but here it is anyway..

I really like the silver circle around it, but im not too found of the pattern in the blue circle. And i would still like to keep the Dark Blue to light blue gradient.

Oh and, could i have the PSD? I'd like to experiment with a couple of modifications.

Something occurred to me, the logo you made is smaller in size.

Is there anyway to increase the size without losing quality?

Oh yeah I done that because I could fit the 2 on one image but just simply select the 'group 1' layer and then go to edit > transform > scale and then enlarge it like that.

Be sure to press shift whilst you are changing the size so then it adjust itself automatically..try it..

scale it without pressing SHIFT and see what happens and then undo it and scale it pressing SHIFT and see what happens..You'll get what I mean..

Tried it, and now it looks, what do you call it? Blurred out? (im talking about the line outside of the circle)

It got a very jagged edge now, think its where your layers for the glow are the wrong way round?

Left the one on the right as it was, the one on left put the shadow layer behind the glow (so it shows better) and beveled the outer

Just a suggestion, but the logo on the right, if you made it look sharper, like a metalic/steel shine to it, would make it look a bit better. That's if the guy wants that lol

    :D

I like dark blue, black, red, and cool glow effects.

I see you added a new pattern to the logo on the right. Could you make it "Blue-Black" instead of "Blue-White"? (illustrated by green arrow)

And whilst you are at it, ive tried hard to make the outer circle black and not gray. I dont suppose anyone knows how to do it? (illustrated by red arrow)

And i agree with CP, this sure is great training.
