    1) What is the exact name you would like in your logo?
Mach One Records....all one line or broken up with the two words over the records on on two lines

    2) What is your website address (ex: http://site.com ; Site Name)?
machonerecords.com...site is going to be built around the logo color scheme

    3) Description of your website or business:
I am starting a digital music label, we will be releasing music on itunes, amazon and hopefully soon beatport. We mainly release dubstep and bass music but also some other house and electro house type music.

    4) Have you found any logos/designs on the web that you feel convey
the style you are looking for?
I like the simplicity here Chronos Records on Myspace Music - Free Streaming MP3s, Pictures & Music Downloads
Basically I like anything simple and clean looking but recognizable. I was thinking something like the O's being subwoofers, or a jet with subwoofers as afterburners, just ideas.

    5) Requested size of your logo:
This logo will be used for many things, to submit for distribution which needs to be big, 600 x 600, I would also really like one to use as a header for the site, and a smaller one for blogs.

    6) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo? (must be copyright free)

The only idea I have here would be to make this pic look like its producing a big round subwoofer instead of the white smoke ripple http://www.paulluvera.com/.a/6a00d8341c84f353ef0120a653322f970c-pi

    7) What logo styles do you like (text only, image only, text and image, etc.)?
I really like it all, I understand that the image idea really might not work well, so a text logo only is fine if an image is not possible.

    8) What colors do you want to see in your logo?
I like black and blue, but would prefer something i can put on black or white

    9) What colors do you NOT want to see in your logo?
    na

    10) Describe the target audience for your logo
The demographic is probably people 18-40 who enjoy bass music, but will be seen by a wide age group.

    11) What are the top 3 things you would like to communicate through your logo?
That the label is presenting the best is bass music, that the label has a rough feel, and that the label is high qualtiy

    12) Where will your logo be used (print, website, etc.)?
    website and promotional uses

    13) Do you have other info or links you want to share?
    n/a

    14) Finally we need is there a style font you prefer, please let us know.
I really like a lot of them. Ones like coalition, Charlie Brown, infinite justice, bit sumishi, and whoa!....but again I am very open

Thanks so much guys, I am hoping to get some help here, I would really like to get this label off the ground!

I like the concept, I was hoping for something a little more industrial and gritty. Thank you so much!

The more I think about it the more I like the idea of an all text logo maybe with a small pic. What I mean by a bit gritty is just a big rougher. Its not a great example, but my blog is thedubstepblog.com and I really like the logo/header that was done for that!

    Your welcome.
"I was hoping for something a little more industrial and gritty."
Hope is a good thing. Many people in this world Hope for many things.
The problem with Hope is it's usually in your own head and does not communicate well.
Now communicate, that's a word I like but seems to falling out of fashion.
Do you see where this is going.

There is a frustration factor on the Forum when people say one thing and give examples, then change directions.
I would suggest you try to list a few more examples (graphics) since your logo is not a Great Example and explain as detailed as you can, what it is about each you like. That way the next person who attempts the graphic will have a better understanding.

And don't forget to contribute to the forum.
