PHP Can someone help a newbie????

    I am using this templete: Books Website Templates

    I have had a handful so far but figured most things out as i went along. But what I really need to know is, how do i use the newsletter signup and the search box ( even tried changing it to google custom search) :confused: Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Both require more programming in different languages.
    php, a datatbase of some sort.
    Here is a good tut on the newsletter Basic HTML newsletter with PHP/MYSQL

    For the search - google custom search is your best bet.
    Remember these are templates for you to customize and not full blow websites ready to go.

    thanks for the link on newsletters... i will see if i can figure it out. But I am having trouble adding the google custom search to the templete in place of the search box the template came with, any advice on that???
