we are starting a supporters trust for our football club

we are the oldest club in belgium, have the most fanatic and English based support in Belgium. As the supporters trust, we would like to have a logo.
I love the heart shaped like this : Rangers Supporters Trust - Enter/Join here! that's simple but superb
this would also be nice - our clubs mascot is a tawny owl, we are established in 1937, our colors are red and white. we also have a castle in the coat of arms of the city :

but would like something more eyecatching - more modern.

we were suffering problems with copyright - no one knew about it - but it seems to be copywritten. We were forbidden to use the logo

it is not my supporters club logo - that is the logo of the football club.

I did mention it in my previous post

I wasn't aware about the copyright on the logo.

I would like to have a logo that is vibrant, strong, proud.
it has to be something the supporters can be proud of, it should give a signal of strenght, tradition, pride, passion, loyalty.
