Legacy Event Organization Logo

The site is completely set up and done, it's not up yet though.

2) Description of your website:
JMJ-Events is an event organization, that arranges parties, community games and several other events in America. We are connected to other Big Events like e.g. MTV Unplugged, and we regularly give out tickets for those, to our loyal members.

--->I like this one a lot. It would be awesome to have something like this, with some lines in the background. Only, the name of our Company, JMJ-Events MUST be in the logo, and it must be well readable. You can do something similar to this, if you want.

---> Very very nice, too. Again, you can do something similar to this, just use the text JMJ-Events. And no Mottos please. JMJ-Events has to be the only text in the logo.

about 300x300, can be a bit bigger, mustn't be.

6) Any colors you prefer?
You know, just don't put too much pink. It's okay (actually it's pretty good) if there's a little pink, but just.. not too much. Same goes for all other colors that give you eye cancer. Oh, and please don't go hardcore emo. Don't use Black and Red only, it's a logo for a party organization, make it look happy and inviting, telling people they are going to have fun here.

No blood and violence, too, by the way.
If we choose your logo, you will get VIP-Status in our soon-coming forums. This will grant you the following privileges:
--> Free Access to ALL Events.
--> If you don't live in America, you still have a 2nd advantage: We regularly toss up Tickets to big events, like e.g. the VMA's and others. If you are registered as a VIP-Member, your name will be thrown into the pot 3 times, and you don't have to pay to participate in these draws. Regular members have to pay 2-7$ to get their name in the pot once, and they can't get in multiple times.

So, with that said, I'm looking forward to seeing your logos. The most important thing is, that it looks inviting and happy, but still serious and EXCLUSIVE. It shall not look like some kid made it up for fun.

Well that's certainly a long description but I gave it a go anyway trying to give that 'community' look since I just done one for my local community as well but here they are anyway...

@ Kodiak: Very nice, maybe make the JMJ letters gold too. And for further entries, it would be nice to have gold, silver and black in it, if possible, and the last J should be reversed.

Kodiak, your logo is very nice. CovertPea, yours too. It would be awesome if you could add a little gold though, like eg in the letters JMJ..

Same here it's a little confusing and i'm not even in USA and I hate these prize draw things but competition or no competition we do this everytime.

I like everyones designs and nice to see new members posting some too
