Legacy SEO Logo Request

1) What is your website address (ex: http://site.com ; Site Name)?
SEO Pall - There is no content yet, so there is no style/color
/background to adhere to.

2) Description of your website:
My website will be a blog where I post daily SEO tips as well as review a
different website each week. I hope that my critiques can not only help
the web site owners themselves, but visitors to my blog can learn by
example. I will offer these services for free.

3) List 3 logo designs you really like & why:
1) I really like the Google logo, and I am picturing the same font/colors
used for each of the letters in SEO PALL.

would like to use some type of magnifying glass graphic to represent
searching.

4) Requested size of your logo:
Solely for the web - low resolution.

5) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo? (must be copyright free)
Unfortunately not.

6) Any colors you prefer?
I would like the Google colors. S would be Blue, E would be Red, O
would be Yellow, P would be Blue, A would be Green, L would be Red

Any submissions would be greatly appreciated, and I would be more than willing to promote you on my Blog as a recommended graphic artist to followers (most likely small Web site owners).

 

I'm not sure if using the Google colour scheme & Font would be considered as a copyright issue.

I've got one idea not sure if it'll look good but i'll give it a go anyway (might different from what yourr description might be becuase I don't want to copying any other designs)

Is that going to be the colour for your theme? White & Blue? or is it going to be something different?

No I'm just playing around with different Wordpress themes. I haven't decided on a color theme or anything just yet.

I like the design and GREATLY appreciate the fact that you dedicated some of your time today to creating a graphic for a fellow board member.

I don't think the logo conveys enough branding though. I'm not entirely sure of what I'm looking for - and perhaps my name (SEO PALL) isn't all that great. SEO - Search Engine Optimization - is what the blog is based on, and PALL is a take-off of my name. It was my hope that readers would align themselves with me as their SEO Pal. I would be able to teach them some things, and help in their quest to properly optimize their websites.

I think my logo should contain some type of graphic that represents SEO (magnifying glass, google/yahoo/bing, etc) and some symbol/graphic that conveys a trustworthy pal.

Anyways, I can't thank you enough for dedicating some of your time to helping me out today. I found that this process helped me greatly in brainstorming future logo ideas. I wish you all the best.

 

No problem I'll do one with a magnifying glass if I can but as there is many that are like that I do a Blue background with little light blue magniying glasses in the background and make it engraved into the background and the words 'SEO PALL' in like a metallic silver colour..I'll try it out anyway it'll take some time but i'l post it up wen i'm done

Not a problem Ishkey if it makes my job easier I don't mind lol but great ideas though and yours looks really great

1970Forest I get what you are trying to say it is a good idea mabe that 'PALL' could be written in thin text along the bottom of SEO and also spaced out a little from each character??

 

Now you have alot of designs to pick from, dont be too picky now And try maybe looking around the forum and help out and be helped

At this point I really like ishkey's design. I like the Google colors and there's something about the extra text above and below the name. Good work also 1970Forest.
