Hi. We are about to change our team name. Could you please help re-make our club badge.

We are currently playing under 'Shotton Steel FC' but our new club name will be 'Saltney Town FC'

    1) What is your website address (ex: http://site.com ; Site Name)?
    www.shottonsteelfc.co.uk
This will change to www.saltneytownfc.co.uk but will be built using a different product. We hope ours will be more like Hawarden Rangers Football Club Official Website

    2) Description of your website:
It will be similar to Hawarden Rangers Football Club Official Website containg news, fixtures, results, player profiles etc.

    3) List 3 logo designs you really like & why:
I really like our current design at shottonsteelfc.co.uk.
However could you please change the double SS in the center of the badge to a Welsh Dragon similar to the one used in NEWFA (attached)
Established year needs to be changed to 2010 and would like the writing to read 'Saltney Town Football Club'

    4) Requested size of your logo:
I would really like the logo ina a variety of resolutions to be used in every way. Letterheads, website, business cards, posters, emails, printed on t shirts, caps, mugs and blown up onto large banners etc.

    5) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo? (must be copyright free)

Please find attached current (shotton steel) badge, sorry the quality isn't great.

    6) Any colors you prefer?
Our home colours are black and red (like AC Milan :)) so ideally red crest, red dragon, black writing. Our away colours are yellow and blue (like Brazil:), we wish) so not sure what badge would look like, is it possible to make a blue version too?
If it isn't too much trouble a coulor flip would also be appreciated (incase it gets placed on a black or red background.

I hope I've included all the info you need. I'll have a look at other items and see if I can offer anything to others.

    Many thanks, Marc

    Welcome to FWT marcandceri.
Nice of you to make a few other posts helping out on the forum, I'm sure someone will come on to give you a hand. If they don't let me know and I'll see if I can, though I a tad busy at the moment.
CovertPea is usually the one who handles these types of graphics but as you can see from the Forum she is backlogged.

I read the last section in your post. Sounds like you want a total of 4 logos of the same style with different colors. It would be less work if you could nail down (in-case it gets placed on a black or red background) and keep at 2.

Have added you to my list marcandceri.
We'll get the actual crest sorted first, colours will be an afterthought.

Thanks to you both for getting in touch. I've had a think about the colour problem and I wonder if it woule be possible to run a thin black line on the outside edges of the crest in a similar way to the AC milan crest (attached). This way the badge will not be lost on a red background.

    We really appreciate your time.

That would work extremely well and blend with any color.

WOW!!!! These look amazing. Thank you soooooo much.
I haven't seen any receintly but you never know. I think they date back to roman times but around here there is a lot of passion that goes with that dragon.
I can't believe how great they look, you realy are a talented bunch. How do I save them so I can use them on website, t-shirts etc?

You can keep these, but they are in a jpg format - only good for the web and shrinking down in size.
Give me a little bit to generate the png files you will need for the printers and I'll post them here.
I am at the moment finishing up on a drawing that has taken me a few weeks of work and the Light is Shinning at the End of the Tunnel.
    So hold on.

All right here is the zip file in it are the png files - the lgr ones are for the printer guy
the small ones you can use for the site or what ever.
I also put that Dragon in, as he was wondering just what in the Heck he was doing over here in the USA.
You cab just right click/save as on the pics on the forum if you want the jpg format.
Let me know when you download the zip so I can remove it.

    file - removed

Thank you ishkey, i've downloaded the zip file and they look great. The things that you do for other people free of charge are amazing. You really are fantastic people. Like I said, my computer skills are very limited and voluntary ran clubs do not have the money available to pay someone to create such logo's so to find people such as yourselves is unbelievable. I don't understand a lot of the technical items on the forum but I will continue to help out with the bits that I can.
Thanks again ishkey, it's people like you that keep the world turning!
