Legacy Football Club Crest Please!!!

    Hi all. I would be very greatful if you could design me a club crest for my new football club.

    1) What is your website address (ex: http://site.com ; Site Name)?
    Frankley FC

    2) Description of your website:
    New Football Club Website

    3) List 3 logo designs you really like & why:
    We have attached one which we like however our kit is gold so the current badge will not stand out on our badge.

    We like the shape of the Arsenal Badge as you can see from our template. haha

    We also borrowed ideas on our badge from Barca i.e the classic ball..... not that we play anything like them!

    The Acorn is a key element of the badge as this repersents our frankley area we have taken this acorn from http://www.frankley.bham.sch.uk/frankley.gif


    4) Requested size of your logo:
    High Res for shirt printing please. Would also like to use the logo on the website aswell as on email signatures and letterheads.

    5) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo? (must be copyright free)
    The ball from the barca maybe copyrighted but we are willing to use other ball images. the acorn is attached to our old school and is ok to use.

    6) Any colors you prefer?
    We have a gold kit for our home kit and are unsure as to what colour the away kit is going to be yet.

    We was thinking of the following colours, white,red,black
    not all of them at once. but rather these kind of colours as they will stand out against most kits (pending on the away kit we have).


    other than the acorn feel free to create away as you can see from the attachement im sure what ever you come up with will surpass our own effort

    This is an other option they was looking at. they also looked at having the red,black and white bit at the bottom than the top right.

    jscuk2006 Hi and welcome to our forum. Thanks for spending so much time looking around and making a couple of posts besides this one.
    Our forum has gotten out of hand with people requesting and not reading what the forum is all about (which really isn't free graphics for everyone - the sticky posts in this forum address it.) People only read what they want to see.

    Again thank you for partaking in the forum as that's what it is all about. We like to help people who partake.
    Now for the good news and the bad news.
    We do have a member named CovertPea who is a Fantastic Graphic Artist from down under and she is the one who creates all of the Soccer Logos.

    But alas she is in disposed for about the next two weeks as she and her family are in the process of moving a good days ride from the old homestead.

    So I tried my best to see if I could create a logo for you based on what you posted and taking into consideration it will go to the printer or will be embroidered which explains the hand drawn school acorn, this should give you some idea.
    Hope this helps getting things started for you.

    Hi Ishkey,

    I've been trying to spend some time here as i don't want to be perceived as someone that's just taking! I'm afraid i cant help much with the graphics side unless someone wants help with paint or word then I'm your man! haha.

    I did see her message that she was away and i was just going to leave me thread for when she gets back. however the job you have done on that badge is fantastic in my opinion! much better than i could ever have managed! I'm going to show this to the other committee members today!

    Hi ishkey,

    Everyone loves the badge. They did point out though that the St Georgies cross is uneven (i didnt notice??). is this possible to fix? other than that its good to go! can i just save the image without losing any quality? or are you able to compress the image for me to download?

    Back on line this morning -
    Give me about an hour to try to fix the cross. I as trying to balance it while viewing and guess I missed the mark. The one shown is just for that - it is a jpg format only good for viewing on the web not the printers, so I'll zip up the one you need for the printers and one for the web and you can down load it.

    Just give me a bit.

    Ok, have a look at this one. I balanced the Upper left, Lower Left/right of the cross. If it's ok and everything else looks good, then you can download the zip file. Inside are 3 files one for the printer and one for your website, both are in png formats and this jpg. Let me know when you have downloaded the zip, so I can remove it from the forum.
    Again thanks for contributing to the forum. Keep us informed as to how the team is doing.
