    Hey,

I recently got to know about your website and I am very impressed by all of the desings your creating. Good job!

I downloaded one of your templates and opened it in Photoshop. I read most of the poasts and followed the instructions to slice it up into pieces and save it for web. It all works great, but when i open the html file, the text is not accessible, because it's an image, gif i think.

Is there a way I can leave the text as it is, while converting the psd to html and later on rewrite it in Dreamweaver??

If not, I guess I would need to cut the buttons into little slices and link the images later on to the target I want. Also the link to your website at the bottom would be linked like that. Is that ok or would I break any rules?

I'd rather have the text being able to edit.

    Thank you for your answers.
    greetings from Germany

Hi Ummary, sorry I saw your reply late.
before you save the template do hide the test layer in the layers palette, then save, in dreamweaver or your favourite text editor remove the image and type your text, make the image as background.

How do i make the image as a background? I hide the layer in Photoshop...open it in dreamweaver ....remove the image...like delete it?...then how do i make it as the background if i remove it?

In the Properties tab in Dreamweaver there is a section valled "Bg" Click the little folder and load your image.

You can actually edit the image in the PSD then save over the original using the same name...just make sure you slice it properly...you will need Photoshop to do it though.
