Legacy logo for estonial lower leage team please

hello. i'd really like your help with the logo for my team. we have an old logo but it is a bit out of date. in the light of getting new kits, i thought it might be updated a bit.
so i have a pretty good idea what it should look like. i made it with paint to give you the idea aswell. it looks horrible but hope somebody can make it look cool.
1. the template or background should look like arsenal's http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/5/53/Arsenal_FC.svg
2. colours: frame black with a thin white outline, writing yellow/golden, background green (similar colours to our town crest http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/db/Jogeva_coatofarms.png)
it would be really cool if you could do it like arsenal's red with one side darker green and one lighter.
3. writing: "SK NOORUS" and "96"
4. i'll put the old logo here aswell. wish you could keep the letter "N" with the football.
5. layout: on top SK NOORUS, in the middle the letter "N" and the football, under that "96" the year the club was founded in.
6. extra information: our kit colours are yellow shirts and black shorts. the logo is important for the kit, i don't know what size is best but i'm sure you've done it before.
7. if time make an alternate by your own taste. cool ideas are always welcome. only the letter "N" with the football is a must.


i hope you wont have much trouble with it. i'd too it myself but i'm not good with these kind of things. and apologizes if any information is missing. could not think of anything more.
