So glad i stumbled across this website while trying to find a badge for my club. Some of the designs are great. It would be most appreciated if you could help design a badge for my new team. The name of the team is Buck & Griffin FC. The kit colour is yellow with a black trim.

I hope you dont mind but to help you as much as possible i found a design by covert pea i really like and amended it to show the text i need. I am looking for someone to shade the crest and add graphics to the emblem.

Ideally would like it split into quarters with a buck in the top left and a griffin in the lower right. the other 2 corners to be yellow and black vertical stripes

i hope i have given enough information and am really sorry if i have offended anyone by editing a design already done, i just though it might help.

As I have the layered original of that graphic, I'll add you to my list.
May take a few days though.

Thankyou, can i just add i would like the whole badge in colour (no white, the printers will allow a maximum of 2 colours for my budget so black and yellow please)

also i had a play about and when i inverted the colours the feathery edge turned black which i really liked the look of.

can you tell me the programs you use as i think some of your work is ace and would like to have a go myself.

    Cheers

    I use Adobe CS2.
I see what you mean by the inversion. Looks cool.
Did you want something like that, the black with white outline?
Mm... just noticed your post says 'no white'.
How about black with yellow outline?

    Hi

It seems the powers above at my club think the badge shape is too fancy (i think its awesome) and want something a bit simpler along the lines of this, i still require the badge split into quarters with the yellow and balck stripes as before and the scroll along the bottom with the team name. i have also found these images of a buck and griffin which i really like but not sure if you can use them ( i dunno anything about copyright) and yeah no white if possible. if you think a different shape shield will look better than i will trust your judgement as i like all of the designs you come up with

    Thanks

Both those crest designs have been made by me and I always keep the files layered (just in case)
As for those two b & w clipart images, I don't know where they're from, or whether they're copyrighted but I'm sure I can track down something similar from the free Creative Commons range.

thanks CP, thats exactly what we was looking for.

Just a couple of things... sorry to be a pain.

Your reply states image shown smaller than original but it looks the exact size we need. Is this standard to have the image larger for the printers purpose. if this is right can you post the files please.

Secondly our kit supplier may let us down and therefore we might have to look for another kit. If this is the case, but it probably wont be, can you amend the badge to 2 different colours if needed.

Again thanks for taking the time to help me out, i am really pleased.

    Cheers
