    Hi Friends,
I am a researcher and i have created a research website.
    Here is the link
    Research Cell
I have tried to keep it simple useful but at the same time i had to get the running cost out of this website since I cannot pay it from my own pocket. So I placed some ads on it. However i tried to keep it this way that the ads may not annoy the users. Please let me know how much successful i am in doing this.
Thanks in advance for your reviews.

I think the ads blend in nice with your site. They don't bother or annoy me in any way.

The ads look ok to me but you might think about putting them all in the outside columns and having more articles down the center. That content looks a little sparse.

I think it would be better with a few pictures or graphics to go with the articles. Also for the medical articles, a medical research article or information to support the claims.
By the way, the chocolate is dark chocolate they are referring to.
Snoring is life threatening in some cases. They have CPAP machines to help
    people with serious conditions

reason for so many reference links is because it can be serious and most people aren't aware of the seriousness of the problem and the ease of cure.

I like it, only maybe I would point some things out what is important for you on the web, everything is so blue, but on the other hand I think I have problems with a colors because they tell me I have to many colors on my web :) :) :)

    I like the colours.
Blue is supposed to make a person feel 'relaxed'.

    Power Inverters

I have repaired power inverters as part of my job as an electrician
Yes, they convert the dc to square waves (a type of ac using a chopper)
then they use a transformer to increase the voltage (reduces the current)
and they use filters to reduce the harmful effect of square waves (removing the sharp corners to simulate sine waves). The reason to reduce the effects of square waves is they harm windings in transformers and motors, also can damage some electronic circuits with the sharp peaks.
