Customization Website customization, please!

Im making a Shakira website and im thinking on using the following template....

The idea is to make the upper part...where the anime girl is with a gun....replace it with this Shakira picture.... when replacing with this...the site has to be green/black mix to make it fix...but I will trust in whoever want to make it..... Actually if u can make it so the BLACK background and dark atmosphere isnt needed it would be better...no idea how though ....

now...the second picture is what i want in the special event anime lady...with blue hair one...so this picture can be more small....and transparent or somethig...and replace it with the beauty Shakira
