    Also comment on design and suggest how can i improve it better.

    First of all "Lorem ipsum" doesn't look welcoming.
    It looks like the site isn't ready

    I would also remove the Google Ad from the right top.
    I believe content should be the first your visitors see

    Still I like the main concept.
    The photos of your users are really impressive!

    Looking good, but I would soften the yellow on the right side and place the google ads below your page. Other than that, very attractive!
