Legacy Football team logo required pretty please :-)

I am secretary for a football club who have just changed their name and require a badge, nothing too fancy. I had a go and although I work with computers I have quickly realised I am no artist so I am asking for someones help.

I actually really like the finished logo here or something similar although in mostly red with white second most used and a bit of black.

Also can we have est 1974.

Club name is 'AFC Crowley' which would go across the top and 'Football Club' across the bottom as in the link.

4) Requested size of your logo:
Big enough to put on the matchday programme, shirts and website.

5) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo ( only copyright free ones )?

6) Any colors you prefer?
Mostly Red with black and white. We play in red shirts and black/white socks and black/white shorts.

 

Bloody brilliant... I like a lot...

Would you mind a couple of small changes. Firstly I got the date wrong, it should be 1973 and can you centre it as it seems a little to the right of the ball.

Also, could I have a latin quote in a relevant font on the white at the bottom of the badge curling upwards. - nulli secundus which means second to none.

Blooming marvelous, the guys are dead chuffed with it, our new batch of polo shirts will look very kool with these on.

Can I have a transparent final copy please and if i enlarge it would I lose any quality? Or can you supply a small and large copy??
