Closed Habbo Style Template

Dear Everyone :]

Im currently on a search to find a good Habbo Style Layout. I do find that the current demand for these layouts on this forum are quite High and would be ever so greatfull if you could help me out. Im quite new to the forum but I hope that doesn't put you off. If you could do the template for me here is what I am looking for..

Template Must Be

I find that many fansites have old and not so modern Habbo looks and so I would be greatfull if you could make it similar to the following:
www.Habbo.co.uk/community >>> This page lets you view it if you are not registered.
www.Habbo-works.com >>> Great example of a layout that Im looking for.

• Must be Habbo Style and farely Modern.
• Be viewable in IE and Firefox.

1) www.Bobba-FM.com
2) Description of your website: My website is an Unofficial Habbo Hotel UK Fansite that I hope to get a good template for.

5) www.Habbo-works.com, http://www.habbohut.com/ and http://www.habbohut.nl/welkom - Same catagory they are also fansites.

6) I do not have sorry.

7) Modern Layout look similar to the above sites, white's ,blues, oranges, reds but I would prefer the layout to be white and the content parts and individual text area's to have those coloured area's.

Erm.. If its not possible, then thanks for taking a look at my post and I hope that someone could help me out.

Your going to have to pay someone to do this. I've seen a dozen requests for habbo templates but none built so far. What your looking for is something a little more than a free template. Nevertheless good luck!
