    Glad to hear.
That's an interesting logo style. Looks like some kind of ancient heraldry design. Anyhow, it was a good challenge to replicate it.
You can download the files from here:

    Good luck with the team!

Is there any chance you could maybe share you secrets or give us a basic instruction as to how you did this. As I said in a post long ago, it is going to take me the rest of my life to figure out this graphic stuff and I am really trying hard. It's that mental block thingy. Everytime I see your work, I say WOW how does she do that so quickly???????

This particular one was more work than the others as I had no installed 'shapes' that I could use as a basis for the different bits, (except for that shield)
So it kinda starts like this:
    1. New 150ppi transparent document.
Drag the original logo pic onto a layer.
Scale it up to fit the bigger window, this blurs it but it's still clear enough to trace over.
    2. Create a new layer over that. Use the pen tool to outline the various shapes (new layer for each unique shape.) Create the selection of the shape.
    3. Flood fill the selection with the appropriate colour for that shape.
    4. If it has extra detail like those fringe things sticking out each side, drop the opacity so you can see the underlaying detail, create a new layer on top again and draw them in with the line tool.
Merge the two layers (the basic coloured shape and the fringe detail)
    5. Lastly, add a 2 - 3 pixel "stroke" around the finished shape.
Then start all over again with the next unique shape. :)

PS: Can you tell I can't write tutorials to save my life??? :p

It is just perfect. Thank you for taking the time to put it together so I could understand it. A basic tracing method... Sometimes my old brain forgets to go back to the basics to figure things out and sometimes I forget the software is just a electronic tool, not magic. Layers they are powerful, I never would have thought of step 3 and 4. Extra steps for a hugh payoff.
PB45 does have a point - but then again, I'm of the old school, Practice Makes Perfect.
    Again Thanks
