Hello, we have just recently revamped our sites layout(site content under construction), and our forum. Our forum took about 12 hours to finish. We are still fixing little things, but would like you to sign up and give us your input on it. Thanks

hmmm ok on the forum i hate the thing on the side of the page where you scroll down you cant see it cuase its just black and dont you think that the page is a bit to black and red?


now for the front page i really like it i dont think u should change anything

Its not red. Its orange and grey, Ur monitor must be dark. Try adjusting the contrast. And thanks.

 

I think the design is nice. I'm not crazy about the colors though. I would probably opt for a lighter forum background using black and orange as highlight colors.

Dark backgrounds are nototiously hard on the eyes--advertisers tend to shy away from them unless you are using large text. And since this is a forum, it is designed to be primarily a text site, which means a lot of reading.

For this same reason you should avoid blue backgrounds behing text of any color, and generally avoid blue text as well (note all this goes for text not for headlines)

Also I would probably suggest using more colors. To keep the theme you could use greys, oranges and orangy-reds to give the site a little more vibrance. As it stands right now almost all the oranges are the same shade and it gets a little monotonous.

The layout is nice, and it's easy to understand and navigate.
