Customization I need a HTML/Design helper

    So I have this design that I put together in PhotoShop CS2 but I'm a complete dork about HTML. I have Microsoft Expressions, and Dreamweaver and I still can't figure it out...

    So I'm wondering if someone would be kind enough to help edit the current design, and then help me get it set up on my website.... It's for a small business. we create custom photo cards (invites, announcements ect.)

    I know it's a lot to ask but PLEASE help me!

    Name Of your Buisness,
    Slogan,
    Logo,
