How to start Freebies website?

    I am not sure, This is the place where I can ask the question. I have been searching from many places including google, but I have not found the concrete answer. I want to have a website posting freebies, coupons or deals. I already registered a domain name. But I don't know how to start the next step. Where i can get stuff to post? Some people said I need subscribe to affiliate program. Please advice me or give me. Thank you.
