how to increase the google ranking for my website

Please tell how to increase the google website ranking. Because I do SEO for my site almost 3 months but still it is 8th page or 9th page. www.jdcaterers.com/home.html

Yes Google uses meta tags plus other criteria in rating pages. That is why I use "Information:" in a lot of my pages,for the first 100 words (to use keywords) and also for the reader to understand what it is about.
