Why does Yahoo Small Business suck so bad?

So many things wrong with Yahoo service. Spam filter sucks real bad. Calendar does not work, I keep getting Error 500 and my name is written as "yqa_zombie_cal_g..." I feel bad for Marissa, she inherited so much shit. The only thing good about it is the really low price. $13 / month for 100 mailboxes and counting is unbeatable. I really wish they would triple the price so I can make a very good argument to my company to move to Google Apps.
