Trying to create a responsive web design

Hi All Experts
I am trying to create a responsive web design for my website .mystocklive.com
But seems I am unable to handle various browsers like Opera and IE 7/8.
Also the Andriod basic browsers are not supporting my design.
Please help

You may design a fully responsive themes using a web designing software. You just need to create a design , it will automatically generate the source code for your theme. After designing a theme export it to the selected CMS which you have installed on to your system. And, that theme will surely be compatible with all browsers.

 

Have you tried any free website templates. You can take some information and use it on another (cut and paste)
After using several and modifying them, you may find what you want or know how to design what you want.
Also there are several website template generating software.
