    Hey guys. Those of you who know me around here know I have a blog (uh, see signature below ;)).

    I am a part time real estate investor and am writing a series on my blog about buying residential properties like a real estate investor. I've got some pretty creative ideas that will be coming up including real no money down and down payment made for you options.

    Look at homes in up-and-coming neighbourhoods, or as real estate professionals like to call them – “transitioning neighbourhoods”;

    The primary reason why property should not figure as an investment option is this disequilibrium in the property market. The only way it can return to normal is through a deep correction in prices. Investors who brush aside this view are simply assuming that property markets in India will remain skewed and in disequilibrium forever.

    Investing in real estate has become increasingly popular over the last fifty years and has become a common investment vehicle. Although the real estate market has plenty of opportunities for making big gains, buying and owning real estate is a lot more complicated than investing in stocks and bonds.
