Please review and give me some advice

    Hi everyone, I just start to build my blog. I created it on wordpress.com so I can't use some premium theme that shared on the Internet. Now I get struggle with optimize it.
    Anyone could give me some advice?

    I have searched on the Internet and I saw that there are many people share premium wordpress theme for free. According to their user guide, i need to upload the .zip file to my website's backend to use the theme. However in my backend i can't find any place to upload. There are just some free themes available there
