Thanks for your advice, but I am looking for some software which would use myself. Do you know about any software?

Yes, there are software which can help you to create website. You may try TemplateToaster , a theme creator . Its easy to use and it automatically generates the source code. I would like to suggest you to try it once.

Yes. There are a quantity of free template builders where you can only drag and drop. No coding will be needed to make your website. Try Ultimate Web Builder and Kunena template builders.

Why don't you try using CMS platforms like WordPress, Magento, Joomla? I guess it is easy and simple to make small websites to much complicated eCommerce websites.

Hi Lousie. First try to use one of the free website builders. Some of these are described on the website http://www.webbuildersguide.com/free-website-builders/. I use a free website builder WIX, which supports advanced web technologies, including HTML5. With this system, I recently created my first website. Good luck!

You can try Adobe Muse. You don’t have to code yourself here. You just have to design the website, the codes will be automatically generated.

You may try templatetoaster for design themes or templates and a HTML5/CSS3 website. You need not to write a code as it automatically creates a source code. It supports bootstrap 3, SEO functionality, separate designing for different devices, fully responsive. Theme or template made using this software will surely be mobile friendly.

You can have software for developing the websites such as Magento, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, SilverStripe etc. If you want to just design your website then you can go for machine drive website building or else do it manually. Since manually developed website gives more user experience than software driven ones. Since humans has more ability to think beyond the machine, but software mainly depends on the instructions of humans.

Well 'drag and drop' builders are the best option if you have very little coding knowledge and stuff.
I started a blog using with a buddy using one and it was pretty simple and fun to do. Of the ones I tried I strongly recommend https://www.ucraft.me/ , modern designs, easy to use and it's pretty cheap, the creators seem pretty passionate about their work. ;)
