Closed Halo 3 Template

I want a halo 3 template like this one and I want to have music with it to. I can edit the stuff but I am not very good at making one. This is the one that I want it to look something like. http://www.dreamlinestudio.com/halo/halo.htm and like this one.

And I want videos to pop up like it does when you click on promo video but have a section that says videos and that has slots that you click on and they pop up with the trailer that I clicked on. It would be thankfull if you can help me. Thanks. If there is anything else that you need please ask me.
