    Not much to go on from your post.
    Could be Aussie Football, American Football, English Football, Soccer, Rugby ?

    The font is called "Deneane Medium" a TrueType font.
    This typeface was originally called Columbus designed by Herman Ihlenburg for MacKellar, Smiths & Jordan Type Foundry circa 1892.

    As for changing Franz's creation - that would be up to him, not to mention much easier to change as he possesses the original vector image and wouldn't have to start from scratch. In his profile he has a link to his website you might try to reach him at.
    You never quantified what type of Football you play.
