    heyy there
i been coding a bit like learning, however i need some help.
im making a site for a business of a friends, however ive become stuck :/
the site will be like this if i can get it similar
[very.co.uk]Shop] at Very: Womens, Mens, & Kids Clothing, Furniture & More!
i have created a menubar, buh now im confussed as i need to find a way to make them sqaure box's with images in.
can you please give me a small template like this please
if possible just a small template
    [very.co.uk/women/shoes-boots/e/b/1665/s/bestsellers,0.end?trail=1589-1665&cm_re=Womens+Zonepage-_-Header_LHN_Category-_-Shoes+Boots"]Shoes & Boots | Women | Very.co.uk]
    showing this, like with a
the menu bar you would normall see - at the top ( which i have done if u need it )
and a side bar with the " womens Section clothing "
    if you understand.
if possible i need this done within 1 week. in what i mean small template.
like; just that 1 page connected to the homepage.

    Thanks

    Kris aka klp

btw, i can do the rest like i'd really apricate it, if you could point me forward a little bit. in showing how the side bar would be generated for exmaple at very on the womens section its
filterd. if you could show me how its done, and thne i can learn from that to create the men's section. i know its going to be hard :/ also if its not to much asking
    very.co.uk/monique-rain-boots/712197419.prd?browseToken=%2fb%2f1665%2fs%2fbestsellers%2c0&trail=1589-1665&prdToken=/p/prod2780767-sku6489536
a product detail.htm like if you dont mind aswell
i will add the site in the credits fully as it would of helpd me a very great lot.

    thanks soo much.

Hey just to be sure you want a template? I don't think this section is actually open at the moment on the forum and don't know when it'll re-open so not sure if anyone can actually help at the moment.

hmm well i dont really need the full template just
    like
3 html files if thats possible. ive contacted Very, and they are thinking to allow me to have the source file as in style sheets and that but not the proper html file. and what i use i must credit them

    Hi krisakaklp,

I've taken a look at Shop at Very: Womens, Mens, & Kids Clothing, Furniture & More! and it seems to be a full-blown e-commerce site - and creating something like that will take you way beyond html and css. You will need to get into server-side programming, databases, and credit card stuff.

well i know. i spoke to Very, they have given acess to certain things. for what ive asked for however!
the funny side is tyhere html file is incredibily Dirty,
my friends works for them u see so he contacted them for me.
ive started a bit and its ok but hard, i know its going to take alot however im not going to add a buy online just yet, just going to get products for online looking and then once all tharts complete i will try and make it witjh the account online. Very is mostly created in html for visuals. howerver they wouldnt allow me to have the my account or basket php files. they said its been created by them and no way they will share. lols i did try lols

The job you have taken on is massive. It's not a simple html/css website template thing but a complex database-driven e-commerce system.

Maybe you should take a look at online shop software. This would have all of the required logic in place and you would customise its visual appearance to make it look just how your client wants it and configure it to run as they want it to e.g. your client's products, applicable tax rates for their location, carriage charges, returns procedure, credit limits etc.

    Hope this helps,
