CovertPea, i have a small request for you. Could you apply the same grass effect and glass effect to this circle? (Attached is both a PNG and a PSD with the circle in it)

(And of course upload the PSD :D)

No problem, and yeah I was trying to get it in line myself lol

    Okay, it's attached.
In return I wanna see you do something similar (from scratch!) :p

The tutorial link is very good for beginners, although to make it appear more realistic I would drop the opacity of the shiny top bit down some.

Thanks CP. And you too modman for the tutorial.

However, im stuck one step 4:
    ---------
4.Click on Add Vector Maskand choose Gradient Tool (G) then set it in Foreground to Transparent. (I showed that already to you on my past tutorial so lets continue). So after you set it in Foreground to Transparent, drag your mouse down to up.
    ---------
I havent read this guys part tutorial, so i dont know how to set Foreground to Transparent.

Never Mind i figured it out. I am however stuck on another problem.

How do i add a "Vector mask"? (and chose gradient)

Click on the "Add Layer Mask" button (as shown in the pic below)
Your colour thing should be set to the default of black as foreground, white as background.
Change from the "paint bucket fill" to the "gradient fill"
Clicking on the gradient tool will show the available gradients (mine defaults as black to transparent)

Choose the gradient type as per the tutorial and click and drag where you want it to go.

Getting back to the "E" logo, i tried to combine CovertPea's and Jmg's grass and metallic logos together. One one i just added the metallic outline, on the second one i also added the bevel that Jmg used, on the third i added everything. The outline, bevel, and also the pattern.

Replaced them with links instead. :D

Oh, and i made a PSD where i sorta put all the different designs of the Logo together in one PSD and organized them into groups.

So if anyone wanna have a go and mess around with it, knock yourself out :D
