Sadly, the 'Beautiful Game' has sold it's soul to the highest bidders!

Faith in the integrity of the World Cup bidding process has been damaged by the events in Zurich and the good name of football has taken a hit.

Unfortunately, it's all about who has the most money now.
But where is Qatar and what money would they have?

Apart from that, am I on the right track here with your crest? Mostly the same but somewhat different.

Qatar - small middle east country, cashed up on the proceeds of oil & gas

Nice effort. I was hoping that we could still retain 'Western Australia' and the stars in the logo and would prefer a central ball without a shield.

    CovertPea,
I ran your design by a couple of our junior players - they were suitably impressed.
If it's not too much of an inconvenience, could we keep with your original concept but include 'Western Australia' and if possible use the soccer ball from our current logo?

So the top will remain as Joondalup City, the football club removed and Western Australia put in its place?
Still want the stars on top of the ball?

Joondalup City Football Club at the top
Western Australia at the bottom. a star either side, three stars and a soccer ball on the shield :)

I had ago myself... apologies for this rather poor attempt but you get the idea. Is it possible to replace the soccer ball with the one from our current logo?

    Hi CovertPea,

The committee was impressed with the new design but have now decided that in addition to a change in name, the club will also have a change of colour. Is it possible to re-colour the logo?

I would like the emerald green changing to royal blue and the dark green changing to red or yellow. Cheers Chubbs

    Hi Chubbs

A big help in knowing what colour border would be a sample of the new kit your team would wear, i.e if dark blue, then there is no point having a blue border to the emblem, really needs to be white (so as to stand out) if you get my drift?

    Hi Forest,

white shirts, royal blue shorts. A blue border would be the way to go

    Cheers
