Legacy Galaxy rwl football club needs a badge

    GALAXY RWL ARE IN NEED OF YOUR HELP WITH A LOGO, WE HAVE A ROUGH FRAME WE WOULD LIKE TO USE ALTHOUGH ARE OPEN TO IDEAS, ALTHOUGH EXAMPLE FRAME OF LOGO ONLY SAYS "GALAXY" WOULD LIKE FINAL LOGO TO SHOW "GALAXY RWL", WITH EST 2010 SOMEWERE ON LOGO IF POSSIBLE, MANY THANKS !


    1) What is your website address (ex: http://site.com ; Site Name)?
    GALAXY RWL, Our club doesnt have a website at present, but the main club colours will be black and yellow.

    2) Description of your website:
    n/a

    3) List 3 logo designs you really like & why:
    LA GALAXY, http://www.rankopedia.com/CandidatePix/35234.gif
    USA, http://www.tampabaysports.org/images/400/ussoccer.jpg would like the shooting ball on any future design.
    LIVERPOOL http://www.sports-teams.us/liverpool-fc/liverpool-fc2.jpg also like the flames on either side of deisgn.

    4) Requested size of your logo:
    The main purpose of this logo at present time would be to be printed on a jersey, but hopefully to also be used in any future webiste, letter heads, emails, etc.

    6) Any colors you prefer?
    Black and yellow primary colours of logo, although open to any other secondary colours that may complement logo

    dont know if anyone can help, i sponsored galaxy £200 and gave it to james kilpatrick at the end of april, still waiting for receipt, think i've been ripped off, if anyone could give me a valid e-mail address please

    Sorry to hear you've been 'done the dirty on' by this person. I can see why the bloke never came back to comment on the crest we made them.

    The above issue has been playing on my mind since I posted earlier on today.

    If it's the case that we have been burned, then what a lowly deadsh** this member is!
    I'm guessing my design was used as a bartering tool to show potential sponsors and get them signed on.
    Fortunately for me, I've only wasted a 1/2 dozen hours of work but "rippedoff" (and goodness knows how many others) have been burned financially.

    (sigh) Just when you feel there's a lot of wonderful people in this world, out of the woodwork comes another shafty grub.

    Time for me to create an extremely complex watermark.
    Okay, had my whinge.

    Something just does not feel right about this

    1: Why would a sponsor look on this site to find said person, surely they would have all the details (address of club, chairman etc)

    2; should e-mail address be given out to unknown people, we only have their word on this

    IMPO this thread should be completley deleted

    I think either Galaxy has changed his e-mail after OR the sponser must have just found this site randomly and noticed that he was on it and true point on the e-mail address could've dealt with it through PM.

    You can leave the thread on but close it just to notify all the visitors to the site who read the post but the e-mail address can be deleted though.

    Good point guys.
    My mistake, I reckon I was too annoyed at the time to think it through.
    I've removed the email address.

    This galaxy guy joined FWT on the 29th March.
    Made the above request post on the same day.
    Came back 4 days later, 2nd April (the same day I posted up the graphic.)
    And there's been no board activity for him since.

    Even after 40yrs I still would not know what goes on in the female mind.

    Totally understand how annoying this is, but unforunately is the name of the game when you offer free services, many take advantage.

    I have no doubt some out there get designers to create then something and sell it on as thier own, sad times, just as bad if not worse than spammers....lol...
