    Well if it's your own layer then it's ok all you have to do is put your layer just above the background layer at the bottom.

    Not sure if were allowed to change others but in my opinion I think as long as they don't play around with someone else's graphic then it's ok but if the graphic has to be behind someone else's graphic then I think we can allow that...

    What do you say Ish?

    Sounds like a winner to me.
    Every time I played you just had to leave the other persons work alone.
    So go for the layer re-arrange.

    Well we can ONLY IF we have absolutly have to other then that I agree not to mess around with others work..we have a background now so I don't think we'll need to do that anymore
