    Your page menu goes under Mechanical Information block. Should it be so? I attach a picture of your site in my browser.

    Problem found to be:
    Internet Exployer displays different than Firefox
    so corrections need to be made for
    IE 5, 5.5, 6, 7, & 8
    9 is ok
    I made these changes
    <!--[if IE lte 8]> "means if IE lower than or equal to 8"
    .lecol width="39.0%"
    .mdcol width="39.0%"
    .rcol width="19.0%"
    <![endif]-->
    </head>
    <body>
    They seem to work on all but 8
    Does this clear it up on your display ??
    note: I do not have IE 8 and under, but I am still trying to clear it up

    I checked it in browser shots but am unable to check on all browsers

    hmm ... as a Google Chrome user I can say that as emilypal I see that nav menu there...

    I posted only to announce you about the view in this browser because I've seen you are ( as ishkey said) A SUPER IE BETA TESTER
