    Mobile website

    https://developers.google.com/webmasters/mobile-sites/#how

Going mobile can be free if you can select a responsive template or theme for your website.
A responsive template/theme adapts the display to the visitor no matter if they are using
a desktop, tablet, or mobile phone.

    from "Hubspot"
In April of 2015, Google released its "mobile-friendly" algorithm update, which made
mobile-friendliness a much stronger ranking factor for mobile searches.

In turn, many websites that weren't optimized for mobile saw their search rankings plummet.

    Very important for SEO

I agree with above, as the responsive website design is dominating the Google page rank, many firms are focusing on this type of design only. But Google recently updated its algorithm that, websites that not responsive also automatically converted to be responsive. So then user experience will be high if website is seen in mobile, desktop, table etc.

I used a free converter to do this mobile website. It needs some customization but is OK as it is for average.

Anybody know of some free website converters and/or editors. The ones I found have time limitations or other limitations.

Customization or changes and corrections needed.
The menu needs to add functional links.
The pictures need to be sized for the site.
    Google ads do not show.
I also need to write a tutorial on how to use this software and edit the results
