Legacy Youth Football team logo request

Hello, I'm requesting a logo for a new youth Football team (ages 8-10).

SOUTH POP WARNER LASERS

3) List 3 logo designs you really like & why:






4) Requested size of your logo:
Logo (SouthLasers4.jpg) will be used on the website and on letterhead
Logo (LasersLogo.jpg) will be printed on T-shirts; we would like the logo to be rather large to fill the chest area of t-shirt
Logo (LasersName.jpg) will be made into helmet decals
Logo (SouthLasers4.jpg) will be made into decals to be displayed on parents' cars
I'm thinking we need the logos in both low and high resolution sizes

5) Do you have any images/photos that can be used for the logo? (must be copyright free)

I would like the black in the attachments changed to Royal Blue; the red should remain intact

i was wondering if the end-points of the football can be less rounded and more pointy? also, is it possible to do the logo of just the name "LASERS" (without the star)?

yes, this is American football. where you able to modify the logo so that the football has the pointed ends typical of American Football?

Minor modification request: Would it be possible to make the football larger such that it fills up more of the "laser-burst" space and looks like the pointed end of the ball closest to the viewer is coming towards them? the far end-point would not be visible but implied as it is coming out of the laser-burst. i apologize if this sounds confusing. what i'm describing is very similar to the original image i sent.

if this is not possible, i'm happy with the image in it's present state.
