I have tried and tried to do so myself... I even tried using the shapes you have already done and it looks awful.

Your shields are Oh My Wow! So here is my request:

    1) What is your website address?
The website is TheWomensGame which you can get to here.

    2) Description of your website:
Gives all the latest news, interviews and notices in women's football in Australia and overseas. Interviews with players, coaches, administrators, officials and fans.

    3) List 3 logo designs you really like & why:

The one you did for Soccerdad, Central FC here
The one you did for the WG Hornets here

I like them because they are simple and straightforward yet look classy.

    4) Requested size of your logo:
A couple of varying sizes would be great as it will be used for business cards, letterhead and branding on our clothing (shirts, polos etc.)

    5) Do you have any images/photos/clipart that can be used for the logo? (these must be copyright free) Check above.

    6) Any colors you prefer?

Cliche, I know but pink as to be the main colour and grey.

I have attempted one and this is as far as I got. The only other thing I would like is a banner at the toe of the shield with the motto: Pro Bonus Mulier Venatus (For the good of the women's game)

    Thanks

    Ann

It didn't turn out as simple to put together as I thought it would be.

Having the name in the centre like the others I've done, meant shrinking the lady player image down to fit either above or below the name banner.
So I tried a different approach as shown below.

Let me know what you think.

OMG, OMG, OMG... it's fabulous...I love it!!! Nothing to change at all.

Would it be possible to get it PSD, JPG format for letterhead and stuff? Then a transparent PNG format for me to place on the website?

Otherwise thank you so much it looks great!

Also, I know you don't ask for payment but is there somewhere I can contribute to the cause because its a great service for the design challenged (like me!).

Oh, just one small thing I noticed, the name of on the shield should be "THE WOMEN'S GAME"

    That's all

    Oops! Fixed the typo.
Attached zip has full-sized and one smaller sized transparent png.

Let me know when you've got the file so I can remove it from the forum.

Cheers and good luck with the team!
    CP
EDIT: Have also added zipped vector file (eps)

    Got it!

    You're an absolute doll.

I have some computer skills (not a whole heap though, some) and can create rad templates for Word documents. Let me know if I can give back to the forum in any way.

    Cheers
    Ann

PS - Sorry to be a pain but can I get a JPG file and (if possible) a Photoshop file.

    Ann-
I've just added an eps file for you. This is a vector image which can be resized up or down without losing any of the image's quality.
You can save any of the png's as a jpg file.
Great! I'll keep you in mind. :D
