Legacy Web Technologies Template Logo customization

Hey all - great site you have going here!

I have a request for a logo to be edited. I really like the "Web Technologies Template" (https://freewebsitetemplates.com/preview/template13), and I'd like to use it for my business. Thing is: I can't draw - at all. I would like to use that template, and I would like to request for someone to remove the "Web Technologies Company - Company slogan goes here" stuff from the logo for that site. Even greater would be for someone to replace that text with "Allen Computer Expert", but I'd be more than happy with just the text removed.
