Legacy Volleyball Crest

Hi. I'm looking for ideas for a volleyball team crest. The crest would be worn on our uniforms. The team is the Yokota Ninja Warriors. We represent Yokota Air Base in tournaments throughout Japan.

I was thinking that a round crest might be best, but if someone had a good idea for a shield that would be fine as well.

I've been struggling to come up with a cool but simple design. The main colors would be black and white/or black and silver. If possible, the design would also incorporate the USAF logo as a minor element. (We would have the design approved.)
