HTML template sending form to email. html

hi ive downloaded the rent a helicopter template. All the alterations are going well however im flawed on one part of this. That is the form at the bottom of the pages. the send to button simply sends you back to the respective page its on.

im trying to get the form sent to an email address.
when ive put the mailto in the html i notice the send button shows the mailto address.
however this wouldnt in effect send the form or its details to the respective address.
i assume im missing something very obvious in the html coding, as ive used the html for sending to an email before no problem but it was a basic form.

Any ideas?
